Labor / Burden at 0 with Time Variance

Hi all,

We’ve recently ran into an issue where labor and burden hours aren’t calculating correctly to the job. On a specific job, with a weld operation, an employee clocked into the job at 3:23 and clocked out at 5:14, and labor/burden hours are both 0 on a non-active transaction. For the method, this operation is set to time and quantity.

Has anyone else ran into this issue?

Example pasted below:

Do you have a BPM at T&E entry? I’ve seen that issue when ever there is a Labour Qty BPM. Usually clears the values under those two fields when you save the record.
