This is an ongoing system bug that did start in ver4 and still exists in
ver5. If you search egroups for previous posts on this subject you will see
several instances. Epicor is supposedly working on this problem but say it
is a Progress thing.
This bug has caused total loss of faith in getting data collection working
on the floor. Employees never know when it is going to be working or not.
Many have gone back to doing timecards AND entering into the system "IN
CASE" it goes down. Isn't that GREAT!! Instead of saving time this bug has
caused us a definite loss in efficiency. BE CAREFUL. Personally, if I was
doing this again I would have never bought the TT5 system and just gone with
the PC workstation model instead. Hind-sight is 20/20.
