I'm not sure which version you are on but if it's the text based Progress report, you are out of luck. Those can't be changed. You'll need to do a custom report if you want to change anything.
Personally, I think the Labor Edit Report just about useless since it's based on clock-in date instead of payroll date. So if you're going to do a custom report for this, you might consider switching it to payroll date.
