We have 75 employees, not as many as you, but we designed a timecard in
Crystal that automatically prints when the employee hits the "clock-out"
button on MES. The employee indicates any corrections on the timecard
and signs it before leaving the premises. The supervisor reviews their
departments timecards, signs them and forwards the timecards to the HR
department by 9:00am the next day. HR makes any changes in Labor Entry.

We are using Vantage 8.03.407A, but not with Vantage payroll. Are there
any users that have lots of labor transactions, clock ins and outs,
etc.? (We have approx. 175-200 Shop employees). If so, how do you
review, edit and approve the labor records? The "out of the box" tools
in Vantage are really lacking in this area, and we're open to any
suggestions that you may have.
