Labor Entry date issues

We are experiencing a high volume of jobs being created and placed in to
inventory - supposedly minutes before a Labor Entry is started and
completed to manufacture the product. The clerk claims she is
manufacturing the products before she puts them into stock but the
transaction detail report we created in BAQ says otherwise.



We are aware of the default payroll date which displays the day prior to
the date of entering labor but can't see that this is the issue. We have
a system date and time in the transaction detail that clearly shows what
we suspect.



When the job goes into inventory before it is manufactured, it goes in
at zero costs - you see our problem.



Is there a chance that there is a bug in Vantage where the system
doesn't post the dates in the correct time frame, thereby causing this
problem? Do you understand what I mean?
