At this point I highly doubt it applies. Rebooting the server and Progress
restarts would have cleared the transactions, if any. If you are talking to
support and don't have a copy of endact.r to you might want to ask them
about it. In addition to allowing the closing of open activities it would
allow checking just to see if any are open but have never been closed. Last
time I had a Data Collection PC reboot in mid-labor transaction and had to
end the activities it looked like it might be a good tool to view raw and
in-process activities. You could try it at some time when you are certain
the person is not clocked in at all and see if the system thinks there are
any. Like I said, a real wild guess and I would add that I am no expert on
Vantage internals, but it would not be hard to check using endact.r .

A wild guess...just in case. Did the person use Data Collection from a PC
and maybe have to reboot during a transaction?
Possibly there is a ghost session needing to be closed with promon or when
they are known to be clocked out you could use endact.r (end activity
routine form support) to spot and close any activities in limbo.

and in job tracker there is a certain person listed as the one who
performed an operation on a certain day. However, when I go in under that
person's labor entry screen she has a number of other jobs in detail for
that day, but not this one. I called tech. support, but they haven't got
back to me, yet. Has anybody seen anything like this, and what could have
caused it? Please, don't tell me I have a corrupt database.;(
