Labor reporting

Bill, we are on 8.03.408 and we occasionally experience the same thing. Unfortunately I have not been able to replicate the problem to determine a cause. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

In most cases when they end production activity though MES the time is split correctly between the 2 ops. Occasionally however instead of spliting the time between the 2 ops it will put full amount of time on both. In other words, 10 hours between 2 ops usually will split to 5 hours per op. Sometimes it will allocate 10 hours to each op.

We are on 8.03.404B.

This is an interesting problem: at times we will have shop employees clocked in on two operations at the same time (by design).

My 1st guess was in employee setup, that's not it. It's not job or operation or resource.

Has anyone seen this before and if so what is the cause?

Thanks,

Bill
