We just upgraded our Epicor to 10.2.700.10 and ran into issue where the Labor Type as Setup and somehow it is adding to Production Hours field. So this is duplicating hours to two fields even the labor type is indicate for Setup. I was just wondering if anyone have the same issue?
Do you have anyone actively working on the job? Is it possible that there is a Production transaction that hasn’t been approved?
