LaborHed Clock In date

The ClockInDate and ClockInTime are also adjusted based on the Grace
Periods defined in the Company Config. So you might give employees a
+/- five minute grace period, and MES will adjust based on your config,
but also record the actual values separately for audit purposes.

Subject: Re: [Vantage] LaborHed Clock In date

ClickInDate
The clock in date of the clock in time field. It is created using the
ActualDate and may be rolled forward/backward if the clock in time is
adjusted across midnight. For example, when an employee clocks in prior
to
midnight, but shift starts at midnight or later, this situation causes
the
default to be ActualDateIn + 1.

ActualClockInDate
The actual date at the time of clockin. Labor Collection uses the system
date to create this field. Labor entry allows entry of this field and
then
uses it to generate the default for the adjusted "ClockInDate". This
field
is provided mainly for audit purposes.
