I am just stopping in to say good-bye. It’s been great working with everyone in here. Thank you all for the tremendous amount of sharing that I 100% benefitted from. I’m sure I’ll still be around. It’s not like I’m dying. Just switching ERPs so I will not be in this place as often as I used to be. I didn’t realize I’d have emotion tied to the tons of customizations and reports and everything that I helped build. It’s kind of sad to think that it will all just go away now. I hope my contributions here live on through the community. ---

We are moving to SAP. We were bought by a large company two years ago and they want us on SAP. So away we go! ---

Having all your 💩 thrown away is a rite of passage in IT. HP cancelled the whole computing line I learned in my first six years of IT. After that, I just don’t get attached to anything. I’ve walked away from other ERPs and could do the same as you. Hang on to the patterns and reuse them. All the best!!! Mark W. ---

When I designed equipment, I knew it was inevitable that the machines would wear out and break down. And ultimately new stuff would get developed and replace the older machine. For some reason, I didn’t ever consider the same in the IT side. ---
