Hi -
I'm interested in launching a Crystal Report (that we've created) from
a new Actions menu item (from within Service Contract Entry, in this
case).
I've created a new Sub Process (Custom Report Link type) and I'm able
to select that new Menu ID inside Process Calling Maintenance, but I'm
unsure what the Called Process Reference would be in this case, since
the menu item doesn't exist yet. And frankly, I'm unsure this is the
exact right path to be taking.
I've found and read several examples that explain how to go about
adding a customization to this menu via the Sub Process Menu
Maintenance program and the Process Calling Maintenance program, but I
can't see to apply the same logic to a Crystal Report.
Can anyone help point me in the right direction or tell me where I've
gone off in the wrong direction?
Thanks...
-Steve
