Licenced modules

If you're SQL backend, do an update query, setting all menu table rows that you don't want to appear to menu.checkbox01 = 1.
Then in your query exclude all menu items where checkbox01 = 1.

I've searched deep in the db for that before and never could find an answer.

Let me know if you do. I just ended up manually excluding them. I know I

don't have the Payroll module, so MenuID not like 'PRM%'

Good luck.

Hello,

I am writing a BAQ for user security and I want to exclude from the report

menu list modules that we have not licenced. Can anyone guide me to the

field or table that governs that?

I manually filtered on the codes in Menu.Module. It has a 2 or 3 letter
code for each module.

I have an SQL script that walks the menu structure & displays it
indented, matching the visible menu structure, with security info.
Similar to the Menu Security Report in recent versions, but useful if
you're on an older version. Contact me off-list if you want a copy.

Brian.
