Link Between Job and Purchase Order

JobMtl.Direct indicates if the job material requirement is to be directly supplied from a linked PO (or other job).

JobProd.TargetJobNum & JobProd.TargetMtlSeq will reference materials made direct (not to stock) to supply another job's material requirement.

PORel.JobNum & JobSeq allows you to relate purchase direct PO releases to their source/requiring jobs.

Subject: [Vantage] Link Between Job and Purchase Order

Â
I am attempting to create a Dashboard for tracking vendor nonconformances. I am actually still in the BAQ creation stage, however. I have pretty much discovered that in order for the BAQ to supply me with the correct data, I need a link established between the Nonconformance Entry, the Job, and the Purchase Order. What I am having trouble with is finding some kind of a link between the job and the purchase order. I have searched through all of the Job and PO tables without any luck. Does anyone know what table and field can be used to establish a link between the two?

Thanks.

The jobprod table will take you from Job to Order. Order will have PO Num

If you are wanting to track vendor receipts. JobProd isn't the table you want? That shows Job Make to Order on OrderHed.PONum I think you want to track JobMtl receipts, right.
If you receive directly to a job PUR-MTL you would be connecting RcvDtl to JobMtl will have the RcvDtl.PONum
If you receive STK-MTL it will be utilizing PartTran for when STK-MTL goes to JobMtl from PartBin

Thanks.

I was also told, on the Epicor user forums, that I would need to utilize the PORel table.
