Link nonconf to reason table

Hi

Thats because you may have unknowingly used the same reason code ID for
different reason code types
It is linking to each of them and giving you multiple returns.
If they are non-conformance reason codes you need to filter the codes
with 'reasontype' of 's'. Stands for Scrap apparently
