Linux Vantage Server - Setup Disks?

Exactly, the special CDs will come with Progress for Linux and a Vantage
for Linux disk. Support can get it shipped to you.

I was following 'Vantage 6.10 Installation Guide LINUX' to set up a test
Vantage server under Linux, but cannot find the 'mfgsetup' script on the
CD as described in the document. Further, there is not even a
'rel91linux' folder as described. Has anybody tried this out? Do I
need to request special CDs from Epicor?
