List Navigation - Keyboard Shortcuts

One of our companys has extensive ship-to lists for customers. One has over 300. When they enter and order and need to add a new ship-to they have to tediously scroll down to find the last one to know what nember to give the new one.

The keyboard shortcut {Ctrl + PgDn) does not seem to work and behaves exactly the same as plain PageDown - jumps down one screen at a time. The help in Vantage states - "[Ctrl][PgDn] Move to the bottom of a list. Or, move to the last record in a file." - but it is not doing this? Anyone know if this is a known bug or if there is something that we need to do to activate this functionality? I have even tried the Windows standard Ctrl-End but that does nothing at all.

Also, I have noticed that when using the browsers, such as to find a customer by name, it just sits there. But if I mouse click anywhere in the list the result pops up instantly. Two seconds or a minute the result is the same - it just sits until I click in the list then it jumps to the page with the "start at" selection. I don't think this is right either.
