I thoroughly agree. And I have a pet list looking for an owner.
How does Epicor decide the future direction of their product
anyway? I understand the commercial imperative of outdoing the
competition on the features list but you would hope that customer
experience does have any role to play in getting these features to a
usable level in the real world.
For example, while the buyers workbench is absolutely useless in any
practical sense the beginnings of a good idea are buried in there.
