Loading releases (Vantage 8.03)

I am running 8.03.305.

Our company loads up to a 1000 releases on some of its orders from an
Excel spreadsheet into Vantage (using that 'Paste Insert' feature). A
consequence of this is that Vantage slows down considerably to the point
where it may take 2-3 hours loading 600+ releases (part of it may be
because of the 100 Mbps network we run on).

Does anyone else experience this same problem?

400 does vastly improve this feature. The improved interaction of .net
3.0 and OE 10.1Bsp2 make it possible.
