I’ve been following the installation instructions on a CSF for our company. I reach the portion where I’ve added in the customization line in the sysconfig file.
When running the client on the App server, or on the client, I’m getting errors about missing files:

I expected, based on the instructions to see files being downloaded to the client, but it’s not doing it. Any ideas where to check? I submitted a support ticket, but I haven’t heard anything…
