Lockbox Load File error after recent update

Since the 2024.1.10 update we are receiving an error when performing the “Load File” function of Lockbox Processing form. We do have custom logic in the Data Directive, but it appears to error prior to this code.
Error:
BPM runtime caught an unexpected exception of ‘DirectoryNotFoundException’ type.
Could not find a part of the path 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Server\Server\Import\filename.txt

Obviously much more to the error, but I just wondered if anyone has any suggestions? We’ve spent the week back and forth with EpiCare support with no real progress. Thank you!

We do have custom logic in the Data Directive, but it appears to error prior to this code.

Does any of that logic write or read from a file?

Yes it does, but we commented out all of that logic and even the definition of the variables that used the ICE.LIB and we are still receiving the error.
