Hello guys, how do you modify a locked BAQ? The original creator of it is no longer working with us then I have a task just to change a formula. I did manage to change it but it won’t save. any suggestion?
Technically the right answer is to reactivate and log into that user account for a minute to unlock the BAQ.

In Kinetic (Classic too?) You can bring up the baq, hit the search icon in the userid field, and change it to your user. then it’s unlocked (assuming you’re in the company it was made in)

In classic you just do the “change owner” step.

To know why the BAQ is locked you hover over lock icon and look at the tooltip.
To change the owner you click on the search icon next to the author name and select another user
