We run terminal services thick clients for our office personnel. The terminal servers are windows 2003. The clients have various operating systems. When they print screens using F6 their vantage screens freeze. I usually end up killing their session in Terminal Services manager. It can take over 20 minutes for Vantage to pull out of this condition if at all. Has anyone else experienced this and found a resolution.
