Machine Maintenance

Anyone ever use machine maintenance through Vantage? I am really not
sure logistically how it is supposed to work. Does it provide a schedule
if you set a maintenance date for a machine? Really have no idea how it
is supposed to work, but we are trying to get our machine maintenance
employee to start recording things electronically, and would prefer to
keep it in the system.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

How do you guys handle your preventative maintenance through Vantage. If
a machine is down, how do you collect the time it takes to fix the
machine by your maintenance people. Also, is there a way to do
predictive maintenance in Vantage, such as, scheduling down times for
machines that need to be worked on. Thanks for your help.
