Mailbox Full When trying to enable account

I am trying to activate a new account in Epicor and am getting this error message that I have never seen before:

Are you cloud or on-prem? If you’re cloud you’ll need to submit a ticket to Epicor. Otherwise, your internal IT needs to clear some space in the sending mailbox. That’s an error from Microsoft because the mailbox is full.

Ah! Got it! We are on prem. I do have a ticket in to check that, was thinking it may be something else. Thank you!
