Recently we have rolled out maintenance jobs as part of the Service Management (Maintenance Management) module. Unfortunately upon review of some test jobs that had been closed our accounting department noticed that there is nothing recorded in the debit column (see attached). Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so what can be done to solve it?
