I am still doing research but wondered if anyone saw this when they went from E9 to E10.
All our preventive maintenance jobs are duplicating.
I have only been using Preventative jobs on E10 - not found an issue with them being duplicated.
I would check to see if there are 2 instances of the Maintenance Plan Processor running - not likely, because once the first one has created a job, then the second one shouldn’t see any demand to create one - BUT, if there are 2 running at the exact same time then it could be the cause.
I would also create a new Equipment, with a new Plan. See what happens with that one, does it get duplicated the same or not? Rules out whether it was an E9 -> E10 issue, or issue with your version of E10.

no not yet. I think I am going to open an ticket with Epicor.
We have also started using PM jobs in E10.0 and are now on E10.2. No issues neither with duplication.
Our problem was with PM jobs not getting scheduled. Turned out when we DMT’d all the equipment in, we left the “ActionStatus” field blank on the EquipPlan table. It should’ve been populated with either, “P”, “Q”, or “I”.
