Maintenance Renewal - Interpreting Invoice

If you go to My Epicweb\Support there is a tab that says Maintenance. It shows the Type and the start and expire date. The type is a code you may need to ask your CAM or someone else from Epicor about, but that should at least get you a starting point.

Where do you see on the invoice what program you are on? I just want to be sure we are either not underutilizing something we are paying for or not overpaying for something we are not going to use. I assume it would be either another line item or some notation but I can't find anything at all that says what program we are on and don't want to assume "nothing" means "plain old standard".

Todd, we got the same thing, and I made our CAM send me extra documentation and explain the breakdown. The accounting person also got involved in giving me a detailed breakdown of what each plan cost. They are "up-selling" you on the maintenance so due-diligence on the review of costs and service with your CAM is probably good to invest in. We went back to our regular basic maintenance contract since I didn't see the benefits of going up to a premium level. Perhaps others on the forum have a different opinion /experience with Premium service levels.

Just got our annual renewal for maintenance. Have noted the Support-Plus option and recall some people in past having ended up on this without knowing it.
