Make Direct

Hi Group

Can any body help me? I need to know how to get materials in job managment
to default to 'make direct' instead of flagging 'purchase direct' or being
allocated to stock.

In job management, update the material and check off the "Pull as Assembly" box. This will cause that material to become a subassembly of the parent job. You'll then have to get or create manufacturing details for the subassembly as well. If you want to see the BOM of the subassembly as an indented list within the parent's BOM, check off "View as Assembly" as well.
