When you create your job and you link the job to a sales order, that is<br/>
where the system looks to relieve the demand.  So if you do a &quot;receipt from<br/>
manufacturing&quot; from that job, the system does not recognize that you have<br/>
relieved the job of that quantity that you put to stock.  In 2.7 you could<br/>
do what you asked, but from 3.0 you cannot.  I think there is an<br/>
alternative, you can go in and unlink the sales order before you do the<br/>
receipt from manufacturing, but for us, this would be too time consuming.<br/>
