Manifest Question

Hello all,

For anyone that uses manifest, can you tell me if it is correctly using the ship-to contact on the shipping labels? We have a user that is getting their labels printed with the wrong contact. Epicor has indicated that, once you create a label with a ship-to contact, that contact is stored in the system and will always print on the label until you change it. We’ve been told that this is intended functionality but it does not seem to make much sense to me.

Any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

unfortunately that is what we are seeing as well. you can how ever updated in the QuickShip / manifest to remove it for that shipment then reprocess and it will update with the new contact.
