Manually run conversions

We run 6430 monthly (fixes on hand qtys), and 9527 every couple of days( fixes ‘value does not match the mask’ error in customer tracker ).

We regularly run 6430 each Sunday.
Need to run the Fix labordtl probably a couple times a week.

I am curious as to what conversions people are having to run manually on a regular basis. I am currently on 8.03.407 but have seen several people on different versions from 6 - 9 talking about having to do these on a regular basis.
