Are you using a batch file for the client login? All of my users have a
batch file that maps whatever drives I want them to have access to. It's
very easy. Using Note Pad create your script use the following syntax to
map your drives.

@echo off
net use \\rai_nt\panfront
net use e: \\Raiw2k\Apps
net use n: \\raiw2k\EPIC50
net use q: \\Raiw2k\Share
net use s: \\Raiw2k\Sales
net use z: \\Raiw2k\Zfax
net use O: \\Raiw2k\UPS

Line 2 maps a shared printer
Line 3 through 8 maps shared directories to the mapped drive letters "E"
through "O"
Save the note pad file to the following directory on your domain controller
C:\WINNT\SYSVOL\sysvol\RAI.com\scripts using a file name like "login.bat"

In the user profile go to the PROFILE tab and enter "login.bat" in the LOGON
SCRIPT: field. Every time the user logs in the script will map the drives
to his computer. This will work no matter what computer they login on.

Mapped drives are by user not by machine. You have to log onto the pc as
that user and then map the drive or run a login script. You must also use the
/persisent:yes to keep the mapping after reboot.
