We’ve got a customer who we need to “reprint” about 200 invoices and email them a PDF. Mass Print AR Invoice report works but it spits out one big PDF file. Is there a way to have it create a new PDF file per invoice?
Do you have print routing? You can “break” by invoice number.
APM could do the same, and save the pdf files.

We don’t have Advanced Printing licensed so I don’t think we have print routing.
Thinking a Service Connect workflow could do it but haven’t mapped it out yet.
You could also look at content enabled PDF splitting (if a one-time deal)

I do this quite often.
But i email them to my AR dept so they can print them.

If you have APR and create a break on Invoice number, it will create separate .pdfs.
Do you still have the C# Code I would love to see that.
sorry, I’ve left the company I was working for at that time and left the code behind.
APR is the way to go here though if you have the license, and you really should, it’s a very powerful tool.
