Hi all,
I'm looking to re-vamp and improve our usage of CRM attributes. We've had ones in there since go-live in 2013 but they were not used in the way we thought they would be.
Is there a way for me to mass remove and delete attributes from customers? Thanks for any input

You can use DMT as one option - Create a BAQ to list each of your Customers and set the Cust Attributes to blank.
