Not sure if there is a setting somewhere that can be changed to fix this?
When quoting we sometimes pull the latest method into a quote or a similar method
We have noticed the material comments setup in the part master don’t seem to come into the quote.
If we pull the same method into a job it works as it should and the material comments for each part make their way into the job.
If we pull from the quote into the job the issue sticks and there are no comments.
I will say if we add the parts one at a time in the quote the comments do come through, it just doesn’t make sense to take the time to do that.
Any help or idea would be greatly appreciated.
