I have a user who is missing the save button on Material Queue Manager so they can’t assign the queues to another employee. I checked their Employee ID and it looks like they have everything setup right. Not sure what else to check. In Pilot, they get the Save button. But not in Production. Anything I can check?

Personalization?
Material Que manager has those buttons at the bottom, and the anchors can get messed up with personalizations really easily. It happens somewhat frequently to my users. I delete their personalizations and it fixes them (usually).
If that doesn’t, that usually means you’ve done some customization and the crappy personalization has been saved into a customization.
If you need help fixing those anchors let me know.
I’m working on a Kinetic screen. Can’t find any personalizations. There is another user this is happening to. But others (including myself) have a Save button.
