Materials on traveler incorrect

This may be "out there" as an explanation but there have been other cases
where "details" are messed up by Crystal. Such as PO releases. The most
probable cause was a mix of .DLLs on the PC doing development versus the
.DLLs on the running PC. This can occur especially easily if you have done
anything on the development PC with Crystal 8.5. Search old posts related
to Crystal for names of .DLLs which can be copied from the development PC to
the machine running the report.

If this issue has been addressed further "up" pardon the duplication.

Mark,
I can confirm this problem on version 4. It was only on mine and one other
users computer so our solution was not to print travelers on these
computers. Here are some clues I had to work with. We are using a modified
traveler. I modified the traveler on my computer and the other computer use
to be mine also until I upgraded. Support couldn't duplicate it so they
couldn't fix it. It's still a mystery!

I am looking for confirmation of a problem with the job traveler. First I
create a job with multiple assemblies and assembly 0 has no material
requirements. Then I add materials requirements to assembly 1. If I
preview the traveler it shows the first material line item for assembly one
in two places. It appears under assembly 0 and under assembly 1. Also the
description for that material in assembly 1 is blank. Tech support implied
that my data is bad so I duplicated the problem in the training database.
Their reply, we can not duplicate this problem. Can anybody out there? I am
running vantage version 5.00.326 and progress version 9.1A26.

Thanks,
