What I've done to combat this error is to make departmental .prls. Then
copied the appropriate departmental reports to the prl. I then deleted the
extra reports in the offending prl. The custom reports list doesnt care
which prl it pulls from. You will have to go back into the custom reports
menu to REPOINT to the appropriate prl.

guess
there is a limit to the number of reports a .prl menu can contain.

You have to link reports to Vantage by clicking Edit-Add in the custom
report link browser and then you can select the report library and custom
report from the pull-down menus.

Two Levels down in almost every folder there is a folder called Master
File
Maintainance, in that is the Custom Report Link that links to the PRL file
and Report.
