Yes, I see the same problem. Many of the status icons for memos and attachments unfortunately are buggy based on what's selected and how they're selected.
Because the PO entry screen is opened with the Purchase Orders words selected in the tree view on the left and not the PO itself, it doesn't detect the memo present. If you expand the Purchase Orders in the tree view, select the PO itself and then click the Refresh button at the top of the screen, you'll see the memo icon light up.
We have the same issues with attachments not showing and in some cases the attachment icon won't even show up unless you close the window and reopen it sadly.
