Can you delete his personalization for this dashboard from Customization Maintenance?

Need a little help with Vantage 8.03.407 please...

We use a couple of custom dashboards and one of our users has set them (via the options drop-down) to memory cache and auto-refresh on load. This has caused him a big problem in that whenever he tries to load any of these dashboards, he gets an unhandled exception error which prevents him from getting into the dashboard and causes Vantage to crash on his system.

These are big dashboards which go to a lot of tables to get the info and what I suspect is happening is that it's trying to refresh the data before the form has actually loaded and so it doesn't quite know what to do.

My question is, is there a way to uncheck the 'auto-refresh on load' option without being able to get into the dashboard where the option was selected?

An alternate workaround could be to go into the BAQ's attached to that dashboard and uncheck "isshared". If he is the BAQ author, you'll have to change authors as well.
