Menu Customisation - Vantage 8.03.409a

Thanks for your advice. Unfortunately it was a new item I had added (a BAQ report) so could not have been personalised and would not have already been in Favourites. However, I am ashamed to admit I realised this morning it was the menu security... must have been having a really bad day! Thanks again.

Hi Tracy,

Has that user personalized that form?
If so, I would delete the personalization and have the user try the form again.
