We recently instaled Kinetic 11.1 and are testing some base functionality…very base.
We are getting the following error on a few Entry screen. We are using the web browser to access Kinetic. I am really not sure where to look.
What screens exactly? What modules are they apart of?
Job entry, Po Entry are 2 of them. I can open Quote Entry. I am a security manager so I have access
PHGO1040 is Purchase Order Entry, did you do a customization to the screen which won’t display in the web browser?
I don’t think they have rolled out the Kinetic version of Purchase Order Entry yet (I get the same message as you from Web access), but I can get into Job Entry.
