Menu Maintenance freezing

I have seen this issue. If i have the menu maintainence open for more than an hour without any activity it does freeze and i have to restart my epicor seesion.

Un fortunately i dont have a resolution for this issue at this minute.

Yes when I open it on our 9.05.700B2 copy it hangs for at least 45 seconds before opening. I've never had it not come up however.

We had the problem of it freezing on us. To fix the issue we had to go to the Epicor folder on the computer and add full control permissions to Everyone. This fixed the problem. There may be a more specific area to give permissions to.

I tried that and it doesn't seem to have fixed the problem. I did however find that if I go into it from a client computer, it does not seem to freeze for some reason. Thanks for the reply.

We had an issue where we received an access error. This was due to the
same below where you needed to provide full control permissions for the
person using Epicor on the computer.
