Menu Usage Tracker

We recently had the menu usage tracker installed prior to the holidays and now that are users have returned, we have been experiencing server issues for two days now. Has anyone else experienced any performance issues related to this tracker? Something changed suddenly and that is the only change I can think of.

What kind of server issues?

When we try to freight in Customer Shipment Entry we get the blue spinning dot, then finance will call and say that when they go to post the get the same thing. Reports will run and then when you run the same report again it hangs in the system and I have to clear them out. When we restart the server everything runs fine and then slowly starts to freeze up again. Memory and disc are fine, CPU utilization is fine.

That’s super strange that memory and disk are fine.

How is the space on your SQL server and the space on your app server? You’re not running into any issues there right?

Seems fine. We are looking into an IIS process that is running up in usage. Not sure what is causing it yet
