Drop Down - Labor Entry
Choices are: Time and Quantity, Backflush, and Quantity Only

When ending activity on MES, what situation puts the text "Quantity Only" in Labor Notes, and marks the labordtl.laborentrymethod value to "Q" (i.e. Quantity Only) ?
This situation sets Labor and Burden time to 0.00.

I notice that the operation before it was never marked complete, (that previous operation is a subcontract, an outside services operation)
