MES Non-Conforming Material

I was afraid of that. Anything related to inspection in Vantage seems to be a point of no return.

Sounds like you're going to have to inspect/pass or inspect fail/dmr pass & then do some massive job cost adjustments.

Ugh! I don't envy you.

In labor entry I tried to zero out the quantityes but it says it is

referenced by at least one labordtl. When I try to delete the

labordtl it says it is referenced by non-conformance.

We are having users report millions of units in non conforming
material for some odd reason. This is not legitimate non conforming
how do I get rid of this stuff, it is just sitting in inspection. I
don't want to pass it and the quanity and cost go to the job & I don't
want to take any cost off the job. Do I just fail & then do not move
cost to DMR?
Have you tried editing (or deleting) the labor records with the false non-conformances reported?

Do yourself a favor and compel the supervisor/manager who allowed this to happen do it.

Perhaps they'll then be a little more diligent in training on how to do labor reporting (and work with you to come up with a daily review/correction process so it doesn't get out of control again).
