MES screen - hiding the shift popup screen

I've done this. You'll have to change the GUIDs on the
GetNativeControlReference statements below.

How can I hide the shift popup screen when someone logs into MES?
The shifts do not change and this is an extra step I need eliminate.
Vantage 803.404a running a Progress database.

There might be a no customization option. If the employee signs in
within the grace period for the shift assigned in the Shop Employee
record, the shift select screen doesn't show.

So check each employee's shift setup in Shop Employee Maintenance or
Employee Maintenance under Payroll. Then if possible, setup a 15
minute grace period for the shift start (we have 15 minutes). This
will round actual clock in time to the shift start time.

Company Configuration -> Modules -> Production -> Data Collection
