MES start-up delay when running through Citrix

What if you RDP to the box? i.e. is it a terminal-services imposed delay, or Citrix-specific? I'm not sure if by "directly" you mean via terminal services or if you're using a console session to compare.

Is there a user logon script that's creating issues, or a group policy setting, etc.

Subject: [Vantage] MES start-up delay when running through Citrix

I am running Vantage 8.03.407a MES on thin-clients accessing Ctrix servers. I am noticing a delay of up to two-minutes between the time the user double-clicks on the MES icon and when the MES screen actually appears on the user's display. I am not sure if this is some kind of delay that is happening when the system monitor is starting up or what. When I run the MES application directly on the Citrix server it fires off immediately. Anyone have any ideas?
