Method to stop trash with postings?

This list is a wonderful source of information and contacts.
I receive the digest version and have noticed that there is more and more junk lines attached to some emails.

Below is a sample of the lines I means.
In one emails there were 10 copies of these attached to a small notice.
Is there a ways to prevent these?
