Milestones appear to be auto-completing

Thank you.  No, we do not have
criteria set.  I’m not sure if dates
would work, I will check with my Finance Manager, but we aren’t going to know
dates ahead of time in most cases.  Can you explain in
a bit more detail how you use phases for this?
